Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. For made-to-order pieces or items requiring engraving, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized items. Pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Is there a warranty on Aurate jewelry?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our gold jewelry. We stand by our craftsmanship and will repair or replace any items with manufacturing defects at no cost to you.
