Returns & Exchanges

At Aurate, we want you to be completely in love with your fine jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all eligible pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure your jewelry is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, including all certificates and gift boxes, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
